These circuit-style strength classes allow you to focus on one exercise at a time as you perform a series of moves designed to work your muscles from head to toe.

After group warm up, your instructor will demo each move in the circuit, explaining modifications & answering any questions. When the circuit begins, your goal is to complete as many reps as possible in the time allotted while maintaining proper form. After a move is done, you’ll cycle through to the next station.

Your instructor will walk through the studio, giving direction, form tips, & encouragement. This class is great for all skill levels & helps to build knowledge of key full body exercises. You can easily level up or tone down your workout by adjusting weights, modifications, & reps. Depending on class size, these circuits are often done in pairs. Its a great way to get to know the team & feel encouraged to do your best!

small

group strength

These dynamic classes follow a more traditional format where an instructor leads the group through a sequence of exercises that everyone is performing at the same time.

While all Small Group Strength classes begin with a warm up & end with a cool down, the primary exercises in each class can vary, as some days focus on whole body, while others focus on lower body or upper body. Sometimes classes will have particular themes like balance of opposites, lateral movement, peach power, or cardio & core. Our instructors love to incorporate sneaky core work & fun finishers to these classes.

Like all of our offerings, we encourage you to listen to your body & push or modify as much as you need to. There is always opportunity to grab a sip of water, go at your own pace, & switch out weights as necessary.

Sweat & Stretch

This offering is a blend of mobility, cardio, sculpting yoga poses, & core exercises used to tap into our breath & strength.

The broad scope of this offering allows each instructor to put their own spin on each class. Some classes may be more core intensive, while others may focus on opening a particular part of the body, & others might be more bodyweight cardio intensive. Put this class into your rotation a few times per week to get the full breadth of this offering.

While you can expect the same amount of variation that you see in our other class types, each Sweat & Stretch class will start off with a mix of cardio, HIIT, & sculpt moves. Finish the session with a series of deep stretches wind it all down. You’ll leave the class feeling limber, loose, & strong. It’s a great way to ease into yoga or incorporate low impact strength into your routine while improving mobility.
