MEET Dre

Hi there! I introduce myself as a Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach, and Nurse but the true titles go deeper. I’m also a mom, wife, sister, daughter, & friend. Outside of my “titles”, you can find me connecting with myself through a walk in nature, a swim in the ocean, a strength session at the gym, dancing around my kitchen as I cook or clean my home, journaling early in the morning and before bed, sipping a coffee at a local café, or posting up in the library doing research and working. I’m also true a nurturer, I have always loved helping people, which drew me to become a nurse, as it was the only tangible way I could see making that a profession. Fast forward through years of getting to know myself and connect with what I want to put out into the world, this love now manifests as Driven by Dre, my Wellness Coaching and Personal Training service. My goal is to guide you along your wellness journey through my three pillars philosophy: Movement, Nourishment, and Alignment.
